Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminal (CMBT) is one of Asia's largest bus stations. Around seven state-owned buses to and from various destinations within South India are operated. Direct buses are available to the conference venue from the bus stand

Chennai International Airport (MAA) is the nearest airport and 65 km from the conference venue at the Convention Centre Anupuram. Cabs are readily available from the airport and is connected to the bus station CMBT by road and local train.
